At Maneto, we have a team of highly experienced and qualified staff. Many of our staff has worked in the building industry for over 10 years and many also have relevant industry qualifications.

Rocco Pellegrino - Director
With over 23 years of industry experience, Rocco is a qualified shopfitter and detailed joiner established Maneto in 1997 with the aim to provide the best joinery products to clients.
As the Director of Maneto, Rocco manages the company's operations and projects as well as liaise with key clients.
Rocco has also completed an advanced certificate in building supervision along with many other courses in management and leadership
Rocco has also been working with a business mentor for the last 8 yrs to ensure the growth and success of the company. In doing this we are always working in creating systems
To standardise day to day tasks also ensuring quality is upheld to the highest of standards. The mentor also works closely with the team to ensure that they also have input to new ideas and systems. Rocco's philosophy is to include all , this makes the team feel they are a part of our large family and always strive for success and delivering a product of the highest standard
Rocco enjoys spending his time with his family, track days with his cars and has a love for fishing/ boating

James Daly - General Manager
James is a qualified shopfitter with extensive knowledge about the building industry. Similar to Rocco, James has over 17 years of industry experience and always strives for excellence.
As the project coordinator, James deals directly with clients and oversees each project from start to finish.

William Arnold - Project Manager
William joined Maneto in March 2008, prior to joining maneto William has worked within the Joinery industry for 27 years, specializing in interior fit outs and high quality detailed joinery.
William holds a tradesman certificate in Carpentry and Joinery. Has completed courses with the MBA in contracts adminstration, Site management and OH&S.
William has also attended seminars in managining multiple projects, objectives and deadlines.
Williams role with Maneto is to ensure day to day operations run smoothly in the office, factory and on site. William co-ordinates with sub trades and specializes in fast tracking Joinery to meet with builders and clients deadlines.
William is married and likes to spend his spare time outdoor camping, playing golf, as well as spending time with the family.

Luke - Factory Manager
Luke is the factory manager at Maneto. Luke started his apprenticeship at Maneto in January 2002 where he has worked since. He completed his trade apprenticeship in Shopfitting in January 2006 with distinction and finished top of his class at Nirimba TAFE. Luke also won an excellence award for coming first in the skills competition.
Luke has worked his way up through the company to his current position of managing the manufacture and completion of jobs.
Since being promoted Luke has attended a number of managing seminars to better his management skills.
Luke's interests include spending time with his wife and son, family and friends. Going for drives to new places of interest. Cheering on the Parramatta Eels in the NRL. Participating in fun runs. Walking and taking his dog to the park.

Brendan - Estimating Manager
Brendan joined Maneto Pty LTD in January 2004, prior to joining Maneto Brendan completed his trade certificate III at a high quality detailed joinery company specializing in residential & commercial fitouts.
As estimating manager Brendan's role is to oversee the estimating & sales department of Maneto Pty Ltd, liasing with suppliers & sub trades to ensure competitive pricing

David Hradecky - CAD Manager
David has been with Maneto since 2007. Prior to Maneto, he has worked in the industry for 8 years. He has spent 4 from those 8 years drafting shop drawings Using CAD system. David holds tradesman certificate for Woodmachining, and certificate III for drafting.
David's Role in Maneto is to lead his team of CAD drawers, taking architectural drawings and drawing 3D models from them, and then use the 3D models to programme CNC machines.
In his spare time, David likes to go indoor and outdoor Rock Climbing, as well as play baseball on the weekends.
